With my Once-off File Check, I’ll review your file for common mistakes, tidy up problem areas, and give you a clear, easy-to-understand report — so you know exactly where you stand. Perfect for busy small business owners who want peace of mind, no hidden surprises, and no long-term lock-in. Bonus: Your $120 File Health Check fee will be credited as a 2-hour service credit if you choose to continue with ongoing bookkeeping services (minimum commitment: 4 hours per month). Credit is non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
The File Health Check is a one-off service charged at $120 AUD, payable upfront. If you choose to continue with ongoing bookkeeping services after your File Check, the $120 fee will be credited as a 2-hour service credit towards your first invoice. To qualify for the 2-hour credit, you must commit to a minimum ongoing service engagement of at least 4 hours per month. The 2-hour credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be used by the same business that booked the File Check. The 2-hour credit must be applied within 3 months of the File Health Check date.
